Sharepoint 2010 - Greyed out Connect to Outlook button after O365 Mail - Microsoft Community


hi,

we have users using microsoft outlook 2016 able select "connect outlook" in sharepoint 2010 library tools , see documents had linked. have migrated outlook o365 , "connect outlook" button greyed out in sharepoint 2010. know of patch or work-around this?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
