Unable to send email from Outlook 2013 - no error messages - Microsoft Community


my outlook 2013 not send emails anymore.  no error messages received.

outlook receive emails okay.

when testing outlook account works okay, indicates has sent/received message no messages received in inbox.  when sending account, message shows in sent items box message not received addressee.  messages sent myself go out not turn in inbox.

i have deleted account/profile , recreated account/profile problem still persists.

any appreciated.

we have few questions understand why emails aren't received when sent:

  • were there recent changes or updates on device or outlook?
  • does happen 1 particular addressee?
  • after sending email yourself, have checked sent or outbox folder , see if there error messages on email sent?
  • what type of account using, pop3 or imap?
  • what email provider using?
  • did email receiver add whitelist?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
