anyone know if can send out automatic reply whenever calendar shows me "out of office"?
alternatively if set day event titled "annual leave" example, can outlook see , send pre-set email message to messages me during event?
it nice not have set auto response every individual time i'm out of office.

it’s not feasible automatically reply received email during period of “out of office” event in calendar.
if think feature important , want office 365 include it, welcome , encourage vote following idea , share yours in dedicated channel customers’ feedback: https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/273494-outlook-and-calendar/suggestions/8114457-automatic-out-of-office-reply-when-an-event-marked. many features came directly customers’ feedback.
