   using mailbox, in unable create rule automatically move mail in concern folder

hi srinivas,

 

to create rule automatically move mail concerned folder, in outlook web app (owa), can use inbox rule. rule applied new incoming emails.

for example:

 

if in outlook client, can refer to: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/manage-email-messages-by-using-rules-c24f5dea-9465-4df4-ad17-a50704d66c59

if want existing emails apply rule, please tick run rule on message “inbox”.

for example:

 

if still doesn’t meet requirement, please provide more details it, screenshots. and, we’d confirm if using outlook client or owa. assist further.
