Lumia 650 and Outlook - Microsoft Community


when tap on tile outlook, or tap on app itself, can no longer access mail. screen goes blank while , reverts normal. can still access hotmail if go microsoft edge , search hotmail, bit long winded. tried shutting down 2 buttons on side of phone, per troubleshooting details, , removing battery, didn't make difference. phone 6 months old , hasn't done before. 1 have suggestions please?
