i need download/install the salesforce lightning outlook add-in outlook 2016 part of office 365 business subscription.
however, when go add add-in on office store unable new page stating:
something went wrong.
when click on more details following:
x-owa-error: microsoft.exchange.clients.owa2.server.core.owauserhasnomailboxandnolicenseassignedexception
x-owa-version: 15.1.1034.13
the url @ top of page reads https://outlook.office365.com/.
however store states:
important: must have office365 or exchange account use add-in.
i have on-premises exchange server on-premises mailbox , use office 365 business subscription latest version of office. can shed light on going wrong?
i don't understand why directed owa page of office 365 when i'm not using exchange online. want add-in use outlook part of subscription.

try using outlook web app office 365 business account add salesforce lightning add-in. can check if problem related account. also, please contact office 365 administrator in organization , check if add-in disabled in exchange admin center. navigate organization > add-ins check this.
in addition, please give following information troubleshoot:
1. detailed version of outlook client. navigate file > office account check. looks version 1609 (build 7369.2127).
2. screenshot of error message. can directly know happened on side.
3. how accounts did configure on outlook client? 1 on-premise exchange account, office 365 account , other accounts? did set office 365 account default? please give screenshot of account settings. navigate file > info > account settings it.
