hi - i'm using "community" pc "office 365" in business environment. same user name , password used many of log onto pc, windows 7.
i able use outlook on system. problem when run outlook, of email shows before enter password. password prompt there, if ignore it, can still view of email. can't send/receive email to/from company server.
is design user logs pc can view outlook email? if is, won't solution me , have use outlook on personal system. (if true, it's not clear why outlook can't wait password before showing email.)

when use outlook client, emails sent or received before store on local computer. reason why emails accessible users when open outlook client.
for public computer, suggest configure individual account on every user. every user can log computer own accounts, prevents email showing others.
