Cannot connect Exchange Account in Outlook 2016 - Autodiscover - Microsoft Community


hello,

i purchased new hp computer. downloaded ms office 2016.

i tried add exchange email , autodiscovery wouldn't work , windows security credentials keeps popping , not go away.

also, on other computer has ms office 2013 the windows security credentials keeps popping , not go away until click several times , restart outlook several times.

i checked exchange provider , on end fine of info.

please help!

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
