Choosing a non-default 'From' address - but the default - Microsoft Community


i have 2 email accounts in outlook (in office 2010 running in windows 10).  when send email 'from' non-default account reveals both of addresses recipient, in format:

from: richard clark [mailto:default@address.co.uk] on behalf of *** email address removed privacy ***

can advise me how stop doing this?  when send mail personal (non-default) address, don't want professional (default) address show.

have separate folders sets each mail account or using single folder set? (ie 2 separate mail data files)
, type of mail account they?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
