deleted outlook 2016 profile - Microsoft Community


hi 

i took advice internet remove error message when open outlook have inadvertently deleted outlook profile not has email account been deleted emails , sub folders.

my email account provided service provider bigpond.

i went control panel, user accounts, mail, show profiles, selected account , deleted it.

is there anyway can restore this?

i went control panel, user accounts, mail, show profiles, selected account , deleted it.

you need start including "type" (pop3, imap, outlook.com/exchange) of email account deleted. 

if pop3 - matter of using same pst file when configuring account again

if imap - "may" have lost contact/calendar data email data not lost

if outlook.com/exchange - nothing lost, reconfigure email account

for sake of accuracy - deleting email account not same thing deleting profile not entirely clear of 2 did unless did both.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
