I am unable to change my font size in the navigation pane of outlook - Microsoft Community


i have seen instructions, following..

you can change font , size of text in navigation pane, view in outlook.

  1. on the view tab, in the layout group, click navigation pane, click options, , click font.

  2. enter settings want in the font, font style, and size boxes.

  3. click ok twice close open dialog boxes.  

  problem is, not see how "layout group" when click on view; there no navigation pane entry anywhere in ribbon, or in "view" menu..

please help!

if referring folder view on left, no, can't change font size.

you can change message list view in various ways.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
