I need to be able to sort the name in the "TO" line of our - Microsoft Community


we have group of people , need order names on out going email

***@*********.com ; **@*********.com ; ***@*********.com

but want order be:

***@*********.com : ***@*********.com : **@*********.com

this political within company @ , while sounds rather lame rather important within work.

sorting recipients when sending emails in outlook 2010 not available option yet. however, there workaround provided in max meng's post on link.

also, better improve outlook products , services, can leave feedback here.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
