been using outlook365 on computer. have created many folders sort emails. if login outlook on microsoft's website nosne of folders there. if create folder online, folder not come down local outlook 365. guess apparently aren't talking each other. same thing happens if create contact online contact not come down outlook 365 on computer , vise versa. need know how have 365 on computer sync 365 access website. i'm using windows 10 computer.

have configure account via pop mode, expected behavior folder changes , contacts sync between outlook client , owa. emails downloaded outlook client server if account configured via pop mode. contacts , calendar not downloaded outlook client. changes on server side (owa) not sync outlook client , vise versa.
generally, recommended configure office 365 business account via exchange mode (auto setup) in outlook client. in mode, emails, contacts , calendar sync office 365. changes synced.
