Outlook: Contacts - how to skip the useless "address" data - Microsoft Community

in 20 years i've used outlook (with exchange), i've never had typed address (in "address box" in contacts) populate properly.  i have re-enter everythin in pop-up box.

is there trick pop-up box right start?  or data entry template/style typing address right information right fields?

i can't believe it's taken me long ask (after 2 decades).

are referring following "pop-up" box?

#1 - click on button name related address being entered , detail window (#2) appear

#1a - if want enter address address block (i.e. home, other...) - click down arrow , select address block want populate

never idea enter full address in emtpy text box since requires outlook parse info entered may not accurate.
