for past couple of weeks (late december 2016) have been unable send emails using outlook app installed on iphone 5s running ios 10.2. i receive emails , syncs. i can create email when send disappears. not in outbox; not sent. office 365 business account online exchange. there no other know issues.
have tried:
- resetting account within outlook app. when there "mail sent" message when there no mail sent
- deleting account , starting over
- deleting app, restarting iphone, , reinstalling app
tested outlook app on ipad2 same result. thank you input.
update: added outlook.com email app , account sends , receives mail in app without problem.
