Outlook mobile log-in problem - Microsoft Community


i have established free trial of office 365 using microsoft account details.

i able access word, excel , powerpoint on mobile.

outlook mobile not recognise login , cannot connect.   please help.

the free trial of office 365 includes office 2016 apps’ full functionality despite being free trial. if having issues outlook, need check on few possibilities on why that. resolve concern, please provide following information: 

 

  • were able log in , sync other office apps on mobile? 

  • when attempt log in on outlook, getting error messages? 

  • were able log in on device has outlook without problem?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
