i'm working on getting new hire in our company our shared mailbox. of our current users, shared mailbox forwards email of our employees (only 5 people) , we're trying mailbox forward new email address.
the new hire's using outlook web app, , managed shared mailbox visible in left pane, can click see inbox. how emails account's inbox? included in account's permissions.

you can try setting ‘inbox rule’ new hire forwarding emails sent shared mailbox new hire’s mailbox.
the ‘inbox rule’ should “if received/sent to> sent to> type shared mailbox’s address> following (forward, redirect or send)> forward message to> type new hire’s email address> save. ‘inbox rule’ can performed in owa options( gear on right corner)> mail> inbox , sweep rules.
