Shared Outlook Cal w/ iCal - Microsoft Community


does know how sync/open shared calendar on outlook mac onto ical? 

i have shared calendar on outlook mac (not outlook 2016), need open , sync cal ical.

i understand want sync/open shared calendar on outlook mac onto ical. based on test on office 365 business account, can steps below:

  1. login outlook web app, click calendar on side bar bottom > share > enter email address or contact name, choose permission want give>share.
  2. after that, email address share receive email, , click accept in email. shared calendar show under other calendar.
  3. add account to ical opening ical>preference>accounts, shared calendar show in calendar list under account.

note: 1. if calendar shared before, remove calendar permission first.

          2. if accounts not office 365 business, goal cannot achieved.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
