SharePoint 2013 - team site permissions - Microsoft Community


using sp 2013 - possible give individuals permissions specific documents or topics within team site?

when create new team site permissions automatically pulled through staff directory on team can access site.  give other individuals outwith team permissions view specific documents or topics.  s possible?

when open document that's saved within a team site , try and give individual out team permissions document automatically permissions whole team site , content. 

i lock down if possible?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
