Sorting messages in inbox - Microsoft Community


my company pushed out updates, , sorting messages in inbox has become unnecessary pita. inbox used have group control drop-down sort date, from, attachment, etc. now, after update, option see @ top of message list 'all', , have drill down that, select arrange by, drill down , select how want messages arranged. it's more tedious process used be, , i'm wondering how can change back?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
