Best way to Reply to a message and use a repetitive - Microsoft Community


i want reply email, , use phrase stays same.

i don't want create template , send it, because not contain info original sender. want reply sender, , have open saved word doc, , copy/paste same old phrase email . work , can find.

is there better way? macro? can save few used responses in outlook, , tell paste message number 1 , or something?

i have outlook 15.30 mac , office 365 account, running sierra .

im working in real estate, , emails asking inspection time.

my standard answer "please click on ad in link use sent me, , see our open inspection times on ad, etc etc"

any ideas workaround?

its under file>preferences>autocorrect in latest outlook mac, got idea suggestion.

i created new autospell rule "thann" = phrase, , every time type 'thann' whole paragraph of favourite reply.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
