Editing Default Table Styles - Microsoft Community


two related questions:

  • i know how set 1 of available table styles default new tables, applies instance of powerpoint on 1 machine. there way embed style selection in master template ensure consistency across business?
  • i make people don't have manually fine-tune tables meet our brand guide. mean changing more granular aspects of underlying style sheet control font size/styles, vertical cell alignment, border thickness, border color, etc. both excel , word have this. i'm betting isn't possible, figured i'd ask.

generally: ms product development teams should know ppt being used more traditional page layout (yes, it's absurd - it's happening). nice if had more control of underlying stylesheet similar word interface.

it possible set custom table style not straightforward , there limitations.

john korchok of brandwares has series of articles on hacking xml includes how this.

beware though xml unforgiving , small errors can cause big problems!

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
