using office 365 business, both bosses have desktop @ home, , work plus laptop , phone. email on devices , have calendar , folders sync automatically. in truth want same on devices, folder layout etc.. thinking if kept pst file in 1 drive trick can't seem find instructions on how done or if it's possible.

since using office 365 business, when set mailbox in multiple devices, automatically connected server using exchange(mapi). means data keep syncing under 1 account, calendar , folders keep same structure.
if misunderstand need, please share more details difference of folders or calendars found between these devices.
