Outlook Crashing Upon Opening It - Microsoft Community


my outlook has been continuously crashing upon opening it. it's been weeks , nothing i've been doing working. i've been told open in safe mode, , have. crashes in safe mode well. tried way several times, , opening administrator. i've been told go file > advanced > etc , crashes before can chance so. have uninstalled, reinstalled.. twice. have used scanpst 3 times. cannot anything involve me opening outlook because crashes immediately. 

please help. need outlook because i'm starting college classes again soon.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
