Outlook is not showing most of my Hotmail e-mails - Microsoft Community


1.  2.5 months , 3 ms chat sessions , yesterday,  i able sign outlook 2016.

2.  problem shows have 6,700 emails when actually,  i have 29,500 emails. there setting can access outlook 1016 shows of e-mails?

3.  the same question on free windows 10 email. shows 500 emails out of 29,500 emails. there setting can access of them through program also?

4. please note although have rebooted computer daily, , office 365 assures me automatically updates on computer , computer rebooted regularly, there updates had installed before access limited e-mails. there setting correct this?

5. browser accessed hotmail confirms 29,300 emails in hotmail.

within ms outlook, file>account settings>email tab...... hotmail a/c, select a/c>change...offline settings, amend setting

4) talking office updates or win updates?

in office component, file>account>office updates version/build shown?

selecting update options gives number of options

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
