Outlook - when log onto it it says attention required - Microsoft Community


my problem outlook; when log onto it says attention required. when click attention required tells me 'something went wrong' cannot connect blu404-m.hotmail.com, error code 0x80072ee2. receive emails  in gmail , bigpond outlook empty.

i appreciate don't have great deal of experience in these matters.

to sort issue, kindly perform these diagnostic procedures in order narrow down concern. determine whether concern related browser or machine issue.

  • optimize browser using clean unnecessary clutter in browser improve performance.
  • update browser latest version.
  • attempt use same computer different browser using same account.

if else fails, try using different computer isolate issue.

let know how goes.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
