Print macro, simplifying the process of printing multiple versions of - Microsoft Community


so inherited production excel program previous position. way company uses file determines of production inputs associates , build instructions. if order has 50 items on have 1 tab, called "build sheet" there line, name managed "print_this_line" drop down selection box lets pick number order sheet 1-250. 

when select order line number, 3, fields on sheet auto fill details pertains line item on order.

this in turn printed out use on our manufacturing line. operators use critical info on build sheet construct our product. 

what have not been able determine how either of following:

pdf: create macro auto populate "print_this_line" each individual line item ordered , package pdf pages 1 printing bundle.

print: create macro print sheet automatically each line item populated on order sheet. no backup file created, delivers time savings helpful/impactful.
