Respond to different email address - Microsoft Community


i send mass emails on behalf of our office. of time, recipients should respond other me. when case, go options>direct replies , enter person's email. 

the problem is, still receive replies , other person doesn't. doing wrong? it's not huge problem, annoyance when email list long , have continuously forward responses other people.

is problem happening on same recipients or random?

please provide basic information:

how long has been going on?

what have done far fix concern?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
