sent messages have disappeared from my Hotmail account - Microsoft Community


today of sent messages have disappeared hotmail account.  the emails listed in sent folder emails sent today.  just wondering if global issue or if 1 experiencing this.

for further isolate issue, verify following:

  • which outlook version using? identify, refer article.
  • were there changes made on account prior issue?
  • when did issue persist?
  • when last time accessed account?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
