The wrapper width expands on Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


i having unusual issue outlook 2016 app, not outlook.com , need experts advise!

i created template , looked fine on outlook 2016 when tested litmus.

the problem showed few of our co-workers using outlook 2016 on pc.
if see attachment, fixed width on table expanding in full width , looks broken.

the strange part few people experiencing issue , others don't. also, when checked machine showing broken email in couple hours later, looked fine.
microsoft outlook 2016 bug???

i spend 2 days figure out issue , seems when change setting under view > reading pane > options > 'turn on automatic full-screen reading in portrait orientation' either on or off, magically rendered correctly. 
solution found, not sure if best one.

please inform me , community if has better solution.

just confirm, pcs tested using same os version , build? have updated latest version of outlook?

also, type of office used? use office home, professional, or business?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
