4K display resolution issue: rectangular patches covering - Microsoft Community


the newest version of office 2016, version 1611 (7571-2109), outlook has issue of light gray horizontal rectangles hiding portions of text (6-7 lines or portions of lines) , portions of images in full-screen display of outlook messages on 3840x2160 (4k) resolution touchscreen displays, present in microsoft excel in full-screen mode in version of office 2016. workaround switching window mode, issue returns when switching full-screen mode. nonetheless, nuisance, , helpful fixed.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
