Duplicate emails to multiple inboxes - Microsoft Community


i moved verizon.net outlook.com.  i receiving emails 2 separate verizon.net emails 1 consolidated inbox on outlook in office365 on mac desktop.  when created new outlook accounts created sub inbox each email address, identified user name. no problem, can still 1 consolidated view on inbox.  however, email addressed 1 email address delivered both account name sub inboxes.  thus have duplicate email addresses.  the problem if delete one, both disappear.  i have checked accounts, identified. can think each account has both email addresses associated, dont know go check this. or perhaps else.  help anyone?

better you, i’d confirm following information @ first:
1. how many accounts did set in outlook 2016 mac client currently? type of accounts they? there connections between them?
2. ‘receive emails 2 separate verizon.net emails 1 consolidated inbox on outlook’, how did set achieve this? via setting forwarding on verizon.net accounts or other methods?
3. regarding following scenarios, it’s appreciated can provide relevant screenshots our better understanding:
1) ‘i can still 1 consolidated view on inbox’
2) ‘an email addressed 1 email address delivered both account name sub inboxes.’
3) ‘i have checked accounts, identified.’

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
