Keep getting error message about two junk folders - Microsoft Community


i keep getting error message via email:

"one or more folders in mailbox have name conflicts others or system reserved names.

folders these names can't downloaded imap e-mail program.

    junk

please connect mailbox using web browser , rename folders. once renamed, folders displayed in imap e-mail application correctly."

several times day. delete junk folder (which never created), , comes back. have macbook pro , iphone. use mail app.

to issue getting error message 2 junk folders, please access or log on outlook account using safari. see 2 junk folders, not delete junk folder instead rename 1 of them. make error message go away.

let know result.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
