No "bounce message" from Office 365 for emails with binary - Microsoft Community


find literally hard believe, msft. i'm told office 365 not give non-delivery report or "bounce message" when email binary attachment rejected.  how possible? workaround? when fix? how can fixed?

to issue, confirm follow information:

  1. do mean sent email with a binary attachment office 365 account didn't send successfully? if yes, how find email rejected without non-delivery report email?
  2. does issue happen in 1 specific email? can send other emails office 365 account successfully?
  3. do others in organization encounter issue?
  4. what type of account use, office 365, gmail or others?
  5. if possible, please provide binary attachments can test on our side. also, since contact msft support, have sr number? if yes, please send us.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
