Outlook 2016 - When sending calendar update it sends attendees a - Microsoft Community


hello,

i'm having issue reoccurring calendar meetings. when try , update event , send out attendees, users receive meeting cancellation email first , promptly meeting update. confusing lot of people , i'm hoping has quick fix.

that sounds odd. may error either outlook or in server side. better understand why happening, know if using exchange account.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
