have copied contacts list windows live mail outlook 2016.  address book shows entries in full contact list misses out of detail.

the problem solved!  did not realise xhanie's response on 25th jan gave 2 references , followed first.  help.  when got latest response went on responses had received, saw second reference , watched video karl timmerman.  found out in various attempts had never done manual mapping.  did , worked!

very many many responses.  benefit of others experience problems might worthwhile adjusting wizard emphasize how vital mapping is.  passed by.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
