Outlook not showing emails beyond 15 days. - Microsoft Community

i using office 365 , not able see emails beyond 15 days. 

when logon webmail of office can see old emails.

kindly resolve same.

please first try search emails in searching bar of outlook mac see if can find emails on 15 days.

 

if yes, means emails exist in outlook mac client, can delete unimportant emails clear cache of outlook show emails on 15 days.

 

if not, seems sync issue. resolve issue, suggest follow steps below:

 

1. right click problematic mail folder in left folder panel>  synchronize now.
2. right click problematic mail folder in left folder panel>  repair folder.
3. make sure using latest version outlook , check it, please refer article: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/check-for-office-for-mac-updates-automatically-bfd1e497-c24d-4754-92ab-910a4074d7c1 .

if issue still exists, please provide following information troubleshooting?

 

1. does issue happen mail folders in imap account?
2. is there sync errors in outlook mac client?  you can check select folders>tools>sync errors, , if yes, can send screenshot of it.
3. when did issue occur, did make changes such update version of outlook mac client before issue happens?
4. the version of outlook mac. example, version 15.30 (170107). can check following steps: 
   1. click on menu labeled outlook (next apple logo in top left corner of screen).
   2. click outlook.
