Outlook Win32 Search Results are Stale - Microsoft Community


1. open outlook win32 (8226.1000 click-to-run)
2. right click on email, select "find related" -> "messages in conversation"

expected:
expected email right clicked on show in results.

actual:
email right clicked on doesn't show in results.  repro'd several times in row.  stopped repro'ing after closed outlook win32 , opened again.

it appears you're having problems search function of outlook application. assist concern, know following:

  • which outlook version using?
  • when did start experiencing problem?
  • did make changes outlook application prior issue?
  • have taken troubleshooting steps resolve problem?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
