Preview of email's content disappeared in search function - - Microsoft Community


previously, when searched emails in outlook mac, preview of email content appear beneath subject line, making easy find 1 looking for. now, when search emails, content appears in left pane subject line. not show me sent email! have manually highlight each , every email see in reading pane , determine if it's 1 i'm searching for.

i have searched endlessly setting, nothing fixing issue. think i'm beginning lose mind on it.

what outlook mac version?

although, can use advanced search option.

click search bar in upper right. see option called "search" added tools.

select sub-folders , mailboxes, or outlook items specify want search look.

click advanced button refine search.

on "items contains" select attachments, subjects, received e-mail or sent along when sent or received.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
