searching in outlook - Microsoft Community


i support small law office.  second computer office 2016 having problems searching.  first computer resolved not re-indexing, doing scan pst , person can seach outlook.

the second computer hasn't been worked on.  i'm gonna try fixes know.

just in case, support person before me put in office 365, have find address used if has office 365.  may need contact office 365 group @ microsoft.  if installation stand-alone office 2016, still support on this?

can give me fixes problem, in case more re-indexing or doing scan pst.

you can try below methods if you're having issues outlook application.

open office apps in safe mode on windows pc.

repair outlook data files (.pst , .ost).

repair office application.

let know if have other questions.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
