Sending an email - Clicking on Attach File icon - Microsoft Community


when sending email , clicking on attach file icon used see last 12 opened documents display. got new laptop , when click on attach file displays document library. how set attach file icon display recent opened documents again?

with outlook can attach pictures, files, contacts, emails , many other items outlook messages. provide better assistance concern, need answer these questions:

  • are using outlook web or outlook application?
  • if using outlook app, version of outlook using?
  • which version of windows installed on device?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
