unable to send email due to reaching daily limit for message - Microsoft Community


hi,

i'm trying send emails , in owa following message:

error: your message can't sent because you've reached daily limit message recipients. please try again later.

when check message trace , sent items mailbox both match , show handful of email messages sent mailbox in question, below 500 recipient limit.  this account office 365 enterprise e3 license.

according description, strange receive error when sending emails if recipient number below 500 via message trace. issue, please provide following information:

  1. do other office 365 uses in organization have same issue?
  2. check if issue persists when change network, browsers , outlook mac/windows client.
  3. the screenshot of message trace run within one day. protect privacy, please provide via private message.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
