hi,
how email addresses automatically populated in drop down list? have 1 user has 2 email accounts listed , 3 shared mailboxes addresses listed (and removable) while user same configuration limited 3 email addresses; 2 email accounts , 1 shared mailbox address. send mailbox, user has select gal every time. not saved in history.
also have user has 5 email accounts listed in drop down list need save 3 additional shared mailboxes addresses in history. don't appear in history list if user has sent these in past. not sure if has autocomplete.
