Outlook File Tab Screen Blank - Microsoft Community


we keep having problems user's computer excel or outlook window contents go blank.  underlying interface there appear have overlay of blank space.  while main window sometimes, screens on outlook "file" tab this.  can interact widgets in blank areas, if can guess they're hidden in window. 

it's hard see in first screenshot, scroll bar @ bottom goes long way right.  there icons in middle, , mailbox size , profile picture @ far right, it's otherwise blank shown in between.   

we've updated display , chipset drivers recent available oem (dell), updated bios, uninstalled , reinstalled office 365 pro plus x64, removed , recreated mail profile.  on dell latitude e7470 intel hd graphics 520 display adapter.  tried find display driver directly intel, i'm not finding 1 install.  search on model of display adapter on intel's site go driver it's not compatible system. 

i'm kind of @ loss on else try or keywords should using search on problem.  suggestions?  i'm trying avoid wipe , reimage of computer if possible.
