we have synced our existing email account new crm system , crm showing 100s of emails not appearing within outlook.
when search 1 of these individual emails within outlook appear (both in desktop , web app versions) not appear in mailbox folders (of desktop or web app).
all our 'clutter', 'draft' , 'deleted' folders empty, both within desktop , web app versions.
the majority of these random emails either spam or partial drafts months ago.
our mx records manged office 365 , using outlook 2016.
is there way identify these emails being stored , delete them all?
