Bulk emails not being sent from Outlook 2007 - Microsoft Community


i trying send bulk emails mail merge done in ms word 2007 using excel 2007 file containing relevant merge fields. mail merge files of 10 records or less sent outlook 2007 recipients, merge file more 10 records either none, 2 or 3 emails sent only.

my service provider insistent these emails not appear in server logs , can find no other trace of them on server saying issue outlook.

i not exceeding bandwidth, space or email quota. when @ service provider email trace can see few seem successful, there no bounced emails or warnings on trace.

help!

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
