Business Contact Manager sharing issues - Microsoft Community


hi there,

i'm curious whether microsoft still provides support business contact manager (in outlook 2010 and/or outlook 2013). if so, can please point me in right direction of seek bcm support?

also, possible share business contact manager across outlook 2010 , outlook 2013 versions of software?

the real problem sharing. can find database on networked computer, keeps insisting password incorrect (even when it's not, or it's been reset on main computer that's sharing database).

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
