Cannot open two different tabs on Word Mobile - Microsoft Community


hi.

i bought lenovo ideapad 80sg assignment purpose.

however, having difficulties in opening 2 different

documents on word mobile. i can open 1 word document @ time.

every time i open new document, previous document automatically closes.

i wonder how i can fix condition. method:

"open "file" menu in word , click "options" @ bottom of menu appears.

2. click "advanced" category in left pane , scroll down "display" section.

3. check "show windows in taskbar" check box.

4. click "ok" save changes.

5. open desired word documents. each document appear"

i can't method. so, need anyone.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
