Finding older emails in office 365 outlook - Microsoft Community


ii cant find emails past oct of last year. setting need change can see of 2016 emails?

hello ronald,

to resolve issue, please follow these steps:

  1. click file > account settings account settings again on drop down menu.
  2. select email address , click change.
  3. under offline settings, change mail keep offline settings all.

let know how goes.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
