How to save Outlook 16 messages on to my hard drive - Microsoft Community


i using outlook 16 part of office 365 home windows 10.  how save messages oulook hard drive?  if file save, asks save when opened zip file many files in no actual message!! 

in previous versions able so!

will wlm me use , not outlook!

windows live mail no longer supported

what type of mail account using, pop, imap, hotmail or?

within ms outlook, file>account settings>email tab.......... domain name , type shown mail accounts?

if pop mail accounts data saved local drive in *.pst data file, if imap or hotmail account data in outlook on local pc copy of on mail server.

if have msg open, , file>save as..... saved in msg format under name enter @ pc location select. msg file can opened ms outlook

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
